HoneyNotify Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 September 2026.

These terms govern access to HoneyNotify. By creating an account, the customer confirms authority to bind its organisation and agrees to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, and any order form.

Service

HoneyNotify provides hosted push-notification management and delivery tooling. Availability, throughput, and provider acceptance depend partly on Apple, Google, hosting, network, and customer configuration. No provider acceptance or end-device display is guaranteed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must secure credentials, maintain lawful permission to contact recipients, provide required notices and choices, honour opt-outs, keep account data accurate, and ensure all submitted content and data are lawful. Customers are responsible for their users and applications.

Fees and packages

Paid packages renew through Stripe at the displayed interval until cancelled. Package limits apply to applications, team users, active devices, and notification volume. Taxes may apply. Failed payment can suspend paid features after reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

HoneyNotify may suspend access to prevent security incidents, unlawful messaging, spam, platform harm, or material breach. Customers may cancel through billing controls. Data deletion follows the documented safety period and legal retention obligations.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect the other's confidential information. Customer data remains the customer's. HoneyNotify processes personal data as described in the Privacy Notice and DPA.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without warranties not required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. HoneyNotify's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law

The order form or account owner agreement identifies governing law and courts. If none does, the laws and courts of England and Wales apply.
